General conditions

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and provide information that is accurate, current, and yours to share.

For employers

• Post genuine roles that you are authorized to advertise and intend to fill.
• Keep organization, unit, location, salary, and role information reasonably accurate.
• Use candidate information only for the hiring purpose connected to the application.
• Do not scrape, bulk-export, resell, harass, discriminate against, or attempt to identify candidates through information they chose to keep private.

For candidates

• Represent your identity, experience, education, and credentials honestly.
• Only upload a CV or photo that you have permission to share.
• Do not impersonate another person, submit abusive content, or apply using someone else's account.
• Review an application before submitting it. A submitted application may be visible to the employer for that role.

Content and moderation

You remain responsible for content you submit. India Tea Jobs may remove content or limit an account when a post is misleading, unlawful, abusive, unsafe, spammy, or inconsistent with these terms. We may contact you about an account or application when needed to operate the service.

Fees and future features

Posting jobs, applying, and the current manual contact-reveal flow are free at launch. We may introduce paid features, advertising, or contact-unlock charges later. We will show the price and the relevant terms before a charge is made.

What India Tea Jobs does not promise

We do not guarantee that a job post will be filled, that a candidate will be hired, that information submitted by another user is complete or true, or that the service will always be available without interruption. Use reasonable judgment when communicating about work, money, or personal information.

Accounts, suspension, and deletion

Keep your login details secure and tell us if you believe your account has been misused. We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated violations, fraud, abuse, security threats, or legal reasons. You may request deletion from your account controls; the data effects are described in the privacy notice.

Changes and contact
