Who can use this

Anyone hiring for or seeking a role in the tea industry. You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.

What employers must do

• Post real roles you actually intend to fill.
• Respect candidate privacy — don't try to identify or contact candidates outside the platform unless they apply.
• Don't scrape or bulk-export candidate data.

What candidates must do

• Be honest about experience and credentials.
• Don't impersonate anyone.

Payments

Posting jobs is free. Contact-unlock fees are charged per application via Razorpay. Unlock fees are non-refundable once you've viewed the contact details.

What we don't promise

We can't guarantee a posting will be filled or a candidate will get a job. We don't verify every claim made by employers or candidates — use your judgment.

Account termination

We may suspend accounts that misrepresent themselves, scrape data, harass other users, or violate these terms. You can delete your own account at any time from your dashboard or profile page.

Changes

We'll update this page if these terms change. The Last updated date above tracks revisions.
