Candidates

When you create a candidate profile, the information you provide is stored privately. Employers cannot browse, search, or filter candidates. Your profile is shown to a specific employer only after you choose to apply to one of their roles.

Your current employer field is never shown to anyone except you. It's used to help you remember what you've put down; no employer sees it, ever.

Your contact details (phone, email) are locked until an employer pays to unlock them on a specific application. The unlock is logged so you can see who has your number.

Employers

Organization profiles and job listings are public — that's the point. We don't share account details (your email, phone, organization metadata) with third parties. Contact-unlock payments are processed by Razorpay; we receive the payment ID and amount, not your card data.

What we store

  • Account data you provide (name, email, role).
  • Content you publish (profiles, jobs, organizations).
  • Application history and contact-unlock records.
  • Server logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from your dashboard or profile page. Deletion removes your profile, your applications, and any organizations and jobs you own. Contact-unlock payment records are retained for accounting.
