A small, focused hiring board for the tea industry.

What this is

Jobs is a place for tea estates, groups, and bought-leaf factories to post management, factory, and specialist roles — and for the people who actually work in tea to find them. We don't list floor-level postings, and we're not trying to be everything to everyone.

Why it exists

Tea hiring runs on word of mouth, WhatsApp groups, and personal networks. That's good for trust but slow when an estate needs an assistant manager next month, or when a factory manager is quietly considering a move. We want a discreet, industry-aware place that complements those networks instead of replacing them.

How candidate privacy works

Candidate profiles are not browseable. Your name, current employer, and contact details stay private until you choose to apply to a specific role. Even then, the employer sees your profile only after you've applied — not before. Contact details (phone, email) stay locked until the employer pays to unlock them.

Where we are

Built in Assam, started with Assam estates, designed to grow into wherever else tea is grown. If you'd like to post or apply from outside Assam, you already can.
