India Tea Jobs connects tea estates, factories, corporate teams, and specialist professionals in one focused place. Employers can describe the work and the unit clearly; candidates can find relevant roles without sorting through a general-purpose job board.
How the platform works
For employers
Create an organization, add its units, and post a role with the context candidates need.
For candidates
Create a profile, browse openings, and apply when a role fits. Your current employer is not searchable on the platform.
Candidate privacy
Candidate profiles are not a public directory. A candidate's profile is shared with the employer for a specific application, while current-employer information stays private. Contact details remain hidden until the employer chooses to reveal them for that application.

Scope of the platform
The platform is starting from Assam and is designed for tea-growing regions across India, including West Bengal, the Nilgiris, and other tea-producing areas. The purpose is to make relevant tea-industry opportunities easier to find.
